Inform Growth

Managed AI infrastructure for multi-entity operators.

The bottleneck on business performance is decision throughput, not headcount. Camber Core is the platform we build and run for you — control what AI does, see how it's used, own what it learns.

The operating metric

Total impact = the number of high-impact decisions a team makes × the impact of each decision.

Every part of Inform Growth serves this number. When it climbs, the system is working.

The structural problem

Acquisition-driven tool sprawl.

Every multi-entity operator hits the same wall: each entity brings its own tool stack — same tools, different instances, credentials, and data. Native AI tooling makes it worse — one integration, one credential set, no namespacing by entity.

Diagram comparing 25 direct connections between 5 operators and 5 tools against 10 connections when a single gateway sits between them.
  • Swap a tool

    Change one connection, not five.

  • Add an operator or agent

One new line into the gateway, not five into every tool.

  • Switch AI providers

One upstream edge moves. The mesh underneath stays put.

What Camber Core is

One isolated deployment per entity. One interface across all of them.

Entity isolation by default

Each entity gets its own deployment. Tools, credentials, data, and history stay separate from every other entity's. Employees stay scoped to their entity. Nothing bleeds.

Principal-level multi-entity access

Principals are provisioned into multiple deployments and can address any entity by name in a single conversation. Pull the open opportunities from Entity A. Show me the operational metrics from Entity C. Compare the customer churn signatures across all of them.

Institutional memory captured as skills

As your team works, the platform observes how the work actually gets done. Recurring patterns get drafted into versioned, machine-executable procedures. A human reviews. If approved, it ships into your deployment as a file in your repository, and your team's institutional knowledge stops living in people's heads.

The renewal pitch
The platform you have today fits your business today. The platform you have in two years fits your business in two years. The continuous fit is what you pay us for.
From the Inform Growth manifesto

Every business is a moving target. People join and leave. Roles drift. New tools get adopted. Acquisitions happen. The platform you stand up in January is mediocre by June if no one keeps it current.

Camber Core is built to refuse that. Inform Growth is the team that keeps your deployment fit to your business as your business evolves. New hires, new tools, new processes, new strategy. That is the work we do, and that is what the recurring fee pays for.

What we refuse

Five commitments. We say them out loud.

  • 01
We will not lock you in.

Camber Core is your infrastructure. It runs in your environment. The platform, the data, the integrations, the history, and the skills are yours. The MSA says it plainly.

  • 02
We will not pretend AI replaces judgment.

Agents are excellent at work that can be specified, executed, and verified. Calls that require reading a room or holding institutional memory in real time belong to humans.

  • 03
We will not pool client data to train shared models.

Each entity's data lives in their deployment, in their environment, under their control. Cross-client learning happens at the methodology level, never by accumulating a corpus across customers.

  • 04
We will not deploy without instrumentation.

Infrastructure without observability is a tool. Infrastructure with observability and a managed service on top is a system. We deliver the second.

  • 05
We will not sell to companies that want to replace their people.

Camber Core is built to amplify a team. A client whose goal is to do the same work with half the people is not the right fit. We will say so and end the meeting graciously.

Next step

See if Camber Core is right for your org.

Run the qualification in your own AI. It shows where Camber Core fits, what it doesn't solve, and where it's the wrong answer — no call required. Or book thirty minutes with Jaron.

From the manifesto

The purpose of AI is to enable humans to make more high-impact decisions, faster, and to push their vision and creativity further into the world.

This is not a fashionable position. The fashionable position is that AI is here to replace knowledge workers, or to make them ten times more productive at the same work, or to automate companies down to a skeleton crew. We do not believe any of that.

We believe humans are what push the world forward, and that AI is the most powerful instrument ever built for amplifying that capacity.
